Livadi-view vacation House for 6 persons , Serifos island Greece

Livadi-view house is located above the port of Serifos, 'Livadi' district, at only 5' on foot from all the shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and island supplies, and at a 10' walk from the comfy beach Livadakia.
The house is located within a residential house complex, and very close to the movida of the island. Nevertheless it is quite as it is located on the hill above, and it has 2 wonderful terraces in front and behind the house, which give the house a sense of independence and offer a wonderful view.

Livadi-view house is designed to accommodate 6-7 people and consists of the ground floor … and the semi-basement. It has two large private terraces in the main area of the ground floor - one in front and one in the back of the house, with a spectacular view to the island!, both with pergolas to provide shade all day:
On the ground floor there is the living room with 2 sofas, a dining room, the kitchen, the bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is equipped with a large wardrobe and air conditioning and a double bed/ or twin beds, while the second bedroom is separated from the living room by a double door, and has a double bed with view at the sea and its own access to the frontal terrace of the house.
The downstairs room, although being semi-basement, has 2 windows and its own independent entrance from the outside, as well as a direct connection to the rest of the house with internal stairs. It has a large closet, a double bed, a single bed, a washing machine and the second bathroom of the house (also with a window).
The main terrace of the house has a stunning view of the bay of the port and the Chora village. It is equipped with a large dining table, sofa and chairs , a deck chair and everything you need to enjoy your lunch /dinner outside with amazing views .
There is also a parking space for the guests of the house, behind the residential complex.
The house is equipped with all accessories and kitchen utensils: kitchen, oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, washing machine, Wifi, toast maker, water boiler, cutlery, dishes, sheets, blankets, towels etc for a complete and comfortable stay.
The use of all house items (wifi, washing machine, electricity, hot water, air conditioning, etc.) and the use of utensils (pots, dishes, glasses, etc.), bed linen and kitchen linen, etc. is free of charge.

Regarding cleaning ; there is a washing machine and a change of towels and bed linen, as well as tools for cleaning the house (brooms, MOP palettes, etc.). Being a small family run business, we do not provide cleaning service or linen change, but if you need it we can help arrange this before your arrival, with locals usually available 2 times a week. In that case, their compensation would go beyond the price of the houses.

For hot water there is a water heater (boiler) and it takes about 30' to heat. We recommend not use it simultaneously on two taps: this could cause unpleasant temperature changes.

Friendly pets are welcome with due attention not to disturb the privacy of the neighbors in any way. Please if you intend to have one as your companion during your stay, let us know beforehand.

Naturally, if you decide to spend your holidays with us, we will be very happy and ready to welcome you! When guests arrive, we wait for them to help them set up and suggest places to visit, taverns to eat, beaches not to be missed!
